About Rapacon's Martial Arts
From very humble beginnings, it was over 30 years ago when Professor
Rapacon taught his first set of students at a small public park in South
Vallejo. Through thick and thin, his school has helped hundreds of
people learn about the positive change that martial arts can bring into
their lives. Ironically not far from the same park where it first began,
Professor Rapacon and his black belt staff has since continued to
instruct at the Norman C. King Community Center for the past 17 years!
Our focus at Rapacon's Martial Arts is to educate the local community of
Vallejo with a high level of service as students, martial artists and
everyday people. Our classes are taught in a family-like setting where
our students can learn the martial arts with a balanced perspective that
includes traditional forms, self-defense techniques and competitive
sparring. In short, our school is very sincere about developing genuine
martial artists who are able to defend themselves in any given situation.
As active members of our community, we have performed self-defense
seminars and demonstrations for various local organizations such as:
- United Service Organizations, Inc. (USO)
- San Quentin State Prison
- Vallejo City Unified School District
- Vallejo Police Department
- Kaiser Permanente
- St. Vincent's Catholic Church
- Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
- Make-A-Wish Foundation
Come visit one of our classes and see for yourself what Rapacon's
Martial Arts has to offer! Unlike other studios, you have nothing to lose
as we offer all our students affordable monthly fees that can't be beat!
