to all who come to learn.  I want my students to be better than I was,
when I was where they are now.

My favorite quote is, "If you shoot for the moon, even if you miss, you'll
land among the stars!"  This quote fits into every aspect of life, never
give up or lower your expectations as there are only two ways to fail:

1. Never try
2. Give up

Other training:
I have learned about Shorinji-Kempo from my husband (that is his
original art).  I have also helped him open up a school to carry on the
traditions of his original instructor.
I grew up in the Kajukenbo Style of
Self-Defense with my dad, Professor
Christopher C. Rapacon. I am a
mother of three, great kids, who are all
active in martial arts, among other
sports.  They are not only athletic, but
they also get very good grades in
school.

I am currently assisting my husband
with our school and I hope to give
some time back to my original school,
Rapacon's Martial Arts.  When I teach,
I hope to give back what I have been
taught.  I have seen other instructors
pass away without giving all they have
learned and so their legacy doesn't go
on.  I was taught to give freely your art
